 Non-heat-seal Tea Bag Paper

This paper has good crimping property, taste neutrality, high particle retention, superior infusion and optimum wet strength.

Description:

A light weight, non-heat sealable paper comprised of a special blend of abaca and selected cellulosic fibres. This paper has good crimping property, taste neutrality, high particle retention, superior infusion and optimum wet strength. This paper complies with the latest food contact legislation of the United States (FDA 21 CFR 176.170).

Application:

This paper is designed to convert efficiently on all types of non-heat sealable tea bagging machines, specifically Constanta, Perfecta, HTS, Teamac MD 20 / MD 25 and IMA C-21 / C-23 / C-24 / C-27 machines.

 

Specification:

* Basis Weight: 12.5g/m2

* Roll Width: 94mm and 103mm

* Inner Diameter: 3" (76mm)

* Outer Diameter: Maximum 500mm, can be changed as per specific requests.

II. Material ingredient 

1.  60% of wood pulp 

2.  40% of abaca fiber 

III. Requirement for product appearance  

1.The surface of paper sheet should be equal and plain. 

2.The colour should be equal and without obvious difference for the same batch 

3.The edge surface of paper roll should be even, the density of two edges should be same, the paper core should be without distortion.

 IV. SIZE 

Roll outer diameter is 400-500mm, which can be customized to the customer’s requirement and transportation requirement 

The inner diameter of roll core is 76mm 

V. PACKAGE. 

It is sealed in the plastic bag with a few rolls together and packed in the carton box. In case for loading in container, it is put on the pallet and is fixed with film rolling for water proof.
